- 1 8 oz Brick of Cream Cheese
- 3-4 ea Chipotles in Adobo Sauce
- 1-t tbsp Adobo Sauce
- 1 can White breast chicken meat drained
- 4 ounces Sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Microwave cream cheese in microwave safe dish on high for 45 seconds to a minute, depending on your microwave. Cream cheese should be soft and mixable.
Chop chipotles very finely; add chipotles, additional adobo sauce, drained chicken and 1/2 of the cheddar cheese to the softened cream cheese. Stir well to combine.
Place mixture in sprayed or oiled ovenproof container. Sprinkle remaning cheese over top.
Cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until bubbly and browned. This dip can be microwaved until it is hot and melted, but it will not brown.
Serve hot with crackers, tortilla strips or veggies.
