Asian Peanut Noodles are a feast from the pantry! 5 Ingredients make a spicy peanut sauce to serve on cold noodles or warm. Easy, fast, fun side dish or vegan main course.

- 1/2 box Dry Pasta (1/2 pound), like fettucine, spaghetti or soba
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter, smooth or chunky
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce, low sodium if handy
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (to taste)
Heat water to a boil in a large pot and cook pasta according to package directions.
While pasta is cooking, put peanut butter, soy sauce, red pepper flakes and garlic powder in serving bowl and stir well with whisk.
Drain pasta, but retain 1 cup of pasta cooking water. Add pasta to Peanut Sauce and add about 1/2 cup of pasta water. Mix well using wooden spoon until mixture is homogeneous. If the peanut sauce is too thick, add more pasta water.
Serve warm, cold or in between.
