Ingredients

  • Cooking Spray
  • 1 package Crescent Rolls
  • 1/2 brick Cream Cheese (at room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup Red Pepper Jelly
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • Honey as necessary
  • Kosher Salt

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven to 450 degrees F. Spray baking sheet well with cooking spray.
  • Open crescent rolls and separate. Cut each triangle into thirds. (Try to make them even.)
  • Smear about 1 teaspoon of cream cheese on wide end of dough. Add 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of pepper jelly. Beginning at wide end, roll each bite towards pointed end.
  • Place bites on baking sheet. Spray top of each with a little more cooking spray to facilitate browning.
  • Cook until puffy and golden brown, 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, prepare dipping sauce. Combine Sour cream and a few tablespoons of the pepper jelly in a small bowl. Stir well to combine, and taste for seasoning. Add kosher salt and honey to even out flavor if necessary.
  • Serve!
