- Cooking Spray
- 1 package Crescent Rolls
- 1/2 brick Cream Cheese (at room temperature)
- 1/2 cup Red Pepper Jelly
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- Honey as necessary
- Kosher Salt
Preheat Oven to 450 degrees F. Spray baking sheet well with cooking spray.
Open crescent rolls and separate. Cut each triangle into thirds. (Try to make them even.)
Smear about 1 teaspoon of cream cheese on wide end of dough. Add 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of pepper jelly. Beginning at wide end, roll each bite towards pointed end.
Place bites on baking sheet. Spray top of each with a little more cooking spray to facilitate browning.
Cook until puffy and golden brown, 8 to 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare dipping sauce. Combine Sour cream and a few tablespoons of the pepper jelly in a small bowl. Stir well to combine, and taste for seasoning. Add kosher salt and honey to even out flavor if necessary.
Serve!
