  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Combine eggs, kosher salt & pepper, 1/4 cup ketchup and 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce in big bowl. Add breadcrumbs and mix well.
  • Add ground beef and mix until just incorporated. Try not to over mix - you don't want little meatball rocks.
  • Form meat into 4 ounce balls, and place on baking sheet.
  • Cut bacon in half, and drape a piece of bacon over each meatball. Combine remaining 1/2 cup ketchup and 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire Sauce in small bowl. Brush each meatball copiously with sauce.
  • Bake meatballs until cooked through. Bacon should be crispy, and internal temperature should be 160 degrees F.
  • Enjoy with mashed potatoes or on rolls.
