Preheat oven to broil. Slice bread on the diagonal into 1/2 in slices and place on a sprayed or greased baking sheet.
Toast bread on both sides, about 2 minutes per side; the bread doesn't need to be brown as much as it needs to be firm so it won't get soggy when you add the bruschetta.
Place about one tablespoon prepared bruschetta on each piece of toast, and top with about the same amount of mozzarella.
Return to oven and broil until cheese melts and browns slightly, about a minute. Serve immediately.
