Ingredients

  • 1 tube Homestyle Tube Biscuits (7.5 ounce size)
  • 1/4 cup Baking Soda
  • Kosher Salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Remove biscuits from tube and cut each one into quarters. Roll the pieces into balls, pinching the bottom a bit to seal.
  • Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a medium size pot over high heat. Add baking soda.
  • Add balls to the water- baking soda mixture. Remove when they float to the top and place on a sprayed baking sheet. Continue until all balls have been boiled.
  • Sprinkle kosher salt (or your favorite coarse salt) on top of the bites before baking.
  • Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving with your favorite dipping sauces. We used honey mustard and horseradish sauce, but cheese sauce is a real favorite as well.
