Remove biscuits from tube and cut each one into quarters. Roll the pieces into balls, pinching the bottom a bit to seal.
Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a medium size pot over high heat. Add baking soda.
Add balls to the water- baking soda mixture. Remove when they float to the top and place on a sprayed baking sheet. Continue until all balls have been boiled.
Sprinkle kosher salt (or your favorite coarse salt) on top of the bites before baking.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving with your favorite dipping sauces. We used honey mustard and horseradish sauce, but cheese sauce is a real favorite as well.
