Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Cut top of loaf of bread off, and hollow out inside. Cut top and hollowed out pieces into bite size chunks.
  • Chop five ounces of the sliced pepperoni into smaller pieces to incorporate them better throughout the dip and make it easier to eat. Combine cream cheese, mayo, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, one cup of grated mozzarella and the five ounces of chopped pepperoni in a bowl.
  • Spread cream cheese mixture into hollowed out bottom of bread loaf. Smooth evenly.
  • Spread marinara sauce on top of cream cheese mixture evenly. Sprinkle with remaining one cup mozzarella and top with a single layer of remaining pepperoni.
  • Place filled bread bowl and bite size chunks of bread onto a well sprayed baking sheet.
  • Bake Pizza Dip until hot and bubbly, about 20 minutes. Pepperoni and bread should be crispy and browned. Serve immediately.
