Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In an electric mixer, beat butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, and mix well. In a medium bowl, combine oats, flour, baking soda and salt. Add 1/2 of the oatmeal mix to the butter mixture at a time, mixing until incorporated each time.
Mix in cranberries, white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts using mixer. Do not over mix.
Using a sprayed cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop onto ungreased cookie sheets. I use a #40 scoop, which is about 1 1/2 tablespoon per cookie. This recipe produced 27 cookies (9 on each sheet pan to allow for spreading).
Bake cookies, two sheets at a time, for 12 to 14 minutes, or until brown and yummy. Cool on racks.
