Pizza Nachos combine Italian and Mexican in one awesomely easy mash-up. Make it fast for an appetizer or a light meal after a game or a night out. Top tortilla chips with our sauce recipe and your favorite fixins tonight.

- 1 bag Corn Chips
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 can Tomato Sauce (8 ounce)
- 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- Red Pepper flakes to taste
- 8 ounces Mozzarella, Shredded
- Favorite Pizza Toppings: Pepperoni, Cooked Sausage, Peppers, Onion, Mushrooms, etc.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Make Sauce: melt butter in small saucepan over medium high heat and add tomato sauce. Mix in spices and bring to a slow boil. Let cook for a minute or two then remove from heat.
Meanwhile, put a layer of corn chips on baking sheet or oven proof serving dish.
Sprinkle on half of mozzarella cheese. Add about 1/3 of toppings. Drizzle on sauce.
Add remaining chips, cheese and toppings. Drizzle with more sauce. Don't pile high - keep nachos spread out so cheese will melt evenly.
Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbling. Serve immediately.
