Weekly Menu 06.10.18

Thursday is flag day this week – so be sure to fly it!

I love summertime when the boys are out of school because the very pace of day to day life slows down and mellows out. Dinner gets served later because the sun stays up so long, and spontaneity is easier.

Sometimes we have a holdover dinner from the prior week – something comes up and the menu gets re-set, which happened here with the sausage sheet pan dinner. I freeze meat and keep it for next week when we all go our separate ways at dinner time.
