Weekly Menu 05.13.18

This week starts out with with a dinner that’s easy enough for anyone to make, so Mom can relax and watch the activity. A very dear friend gave us Almond Cherry Jam, which we’ll put on top of some whipped cream cheese and serve with crackers for an easy, delicious appetizer.

For Taco Tuesday we are adding a simple upgrade to our fish tacos: using store bought guacamole mixed with sour cream and thinned with milk as a topper. It softens the bite of the spicy fish perfectly.

Depending on weather, the pizza might be grilled – it’s still too early to tell!
