Use our Weekly Menu 07.07.19 to plan for a full week of summer eating!

Even though Erieland has an awesome peninsula & beach, we used to head to Folly Beach, South Carolina to enjoy a full week of sun on the sand. There’s just something about sitting on the beach under an umbrella watching the ocean waves that can not be beat. The fourteen hour road trip primed us for staring into space.

We rented a condo and took enough food along (and trekked to the Piggly Wiggly) to cover breakfast, lunch and occasionally, dinner. This Menu would have fit right in – easy, fast and mostly prepped last minute.

Busy Week!

Baby Boy is starting college in the fall, and he has an overnight orientation 4 hours away from home this week. Our oldest is swinging in and back out midweek, and Bert is doing a little traveling for work. My head is spinning with all the comings and goings. I think the reason that I like winter so much is because life slows down and settles into an easier routine. Plus the cold. I love cold weather. Sweaters!

Weekly Menu 07.07.19 is all about SUMMER though.

We’re about at mid-swing for the summer, even though the weather just started cooperating. With all the activity around here, a plan for the week becomes even more important. That’s where Weekly Menu 07.07.19 comes into play.
