Tempting CrockPot Fire Chicken has a little surprise

Tempting CrockPot Fire Chicken has a little surprise: its mellow heat. Not over the top spicy, this easy recipe lends itself well to sandwiches, tacos and salads. It’s low carb and low fat. It is wonderful served with mayo, ranch dressing and served with additional hot sauce. It even makes a mean chicken salad – just add celery and mayo.

This is truly a ridiculously easy recipe, but it adds so much to any meal, it’s worth a write up.

Load up the crock pot (affiliate link) with the chicken, pour on hot sauce, add some butter and a bit of pepper and let it rip.

I usually cook it for 3 to 3 1/2 hours on high, but 6 to 7 on low works in a pinch. Shred it right in the crock pot, and make sure to keep all the juice.

CrockPot Fire Chicken. That’s it.

This recipe looks just like Shredded Chicken Joes, but tastes completely different: check out that recipe if you’re in the mood for a sweeter chicken slow cooker meal.

Ridiculously Easy. My favorite way to cook.
